1. How do I place an order on Bhakti Van?
- Answer : Simply navigate to our "Collection" page, browse through our curated products, and click on the items you wish to purchase. Follow the prompts to complete your order.

2. What payment methods do you accept?
- Answer: We accept various payment methods, including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, C.O.D, and other secure online payment options.

3. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
- Answer: Yes you can do that but before we dispatch your order. Please review your order carefully before confirming the purchase.

4. How can I track my order?
- Answer: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Use this link to monitor the status and location of your package.

5. What is your return policy?
- Answer: Our return policy allows for returns initiated within 3 days of receiving the parcel. The item must be in its original condition, and video documentation is mandatory for product validation.

6. Do you ship internationally?
- Answer: Currently, we only ship within India. We are exploring options to expand our shipping services in the future.

7. How are shipping charges calculated?
- Answer: For prepaid orders below ₹699, there is a fixed shipping fee of ₹59. Orders exceeding ₹699 enjoy free shipping. COD orders incur additional charges.

9. What is the processing time for returns?
- Answer: Please allow up to 10-14 days for the thorough assessment of return requests. We appreciate your patience as we ensure a fair evaluation.

10. Can I exchange a product after it has undergone the exchange process?
- Answer: Once a product has been exchanged, further alterations, including subsequent exchanges or refunds, are not applicable to the specific order.

11. How to cancel order ? 
- Answer : After creating an account on our website, you can easily cancel your order through the "My Account" section. Simply access your personal account details, where you will find a list of your orders. In that list, you'll see an option to cancel the order. By clicking "Cancel Order," you can complete the cancellation process effortlessly.
