Returns & Refunds policy

1. Return Policy
  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 4 days of delivery for orders placed outside sale or festive events.

  • Non-Returnable Products: Due to hygiene and devotional standards, the following items cannot be returned:

    • Ladoo Gopal Ji Pagdis, Malas, Tulsi products

    • Personalized or customized orders

    • Fragile pooja items (e.g., Diyas, Arti thalis)

    • Certain stationery or gift items (e.g., stickers, small souvenirs)

  • Condition: Eligible returns must be in original, unwashed condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Return Refusals: We reserve the right to decline returns if products appear used, washed, damaged, or spoiled (unless they were delivered defective).

  • Defective Products: If you receive a defective item, please send clear unboxing videos to contact@bhaktivan.com or via our Website chat. Our Customer Experience Team will guide you.

  • NOTE: No Refund or exhange will be made in case of No unboxing video.

2. Return Charges and Refunds
  • Return Fee: A reverse shipment fee of ₹100 per order will be deducted at the time of refund, regardless of the number of items in that order.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges (both COD & prepaid) are non-refundable.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued as Bhaktivan Wallet credits only, which can be used for future purchases on www.bhaktivan.com.

3. Exchange Policy
  • Timeframe: Exchanges are accepted within 4 days of delivery for orders placed outside sale or festive periods.

  • Exchange Fee: A reverse shipment charge of ₹100 applies for COD orders.

  • Price Difference:

    • If the new product is priced higher, pay the difference upfront via a prepaid method.

    • If the new product is priced lower, the balance will be credited to your Bhaktivan Wallet.

  • Non-Exchangeable Products: Certain items are not eligible for exchange, including:

    • Ladoo Gopal Ji Poshak sets, Pagdis, Malas, Tulsi products

    • Personalized/customized orders

    • Fragile or hygiene-sensitive items (Diyas, Arti thalis, stickers)

  • Availability Issues: If the requested exchange product is unavailable, the product amount along with applicable taxes will be refunded to your Bhaktivan Wallet, which can be used for a future purchase.

4. Return & Exchange Process
  1. Initiate the return or exchange via the Website.

  2. Requests will be reviewed and confirmed by our Customer Experience Team, usually within 48 hours.

  3. Reverse Pickup: Will be arranged only after confirmation from our Customer Experience Team.

  4. Packaging: Ensure the items are packaged as delivered.

  5. Refunds or exchanges are processed via Bhaktivan Wallet for both COD & prepaid orders.

Order Cancellation: Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch from our warehouse.
Sale or Flash Sale Items: Non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

5. Exchange & Refund Conditions
  • Covered Issues: Exchanges or refunds are valid for manufacturing defects, not issues caused by misuse or improper care.

Guarantee Covers:

  • Loose seams or stitching

  • Fabric discoloration or fading

  • Uneven dye application

  • Misplaced or missing embellishments

  • Severe wrinkling or creasing

  • Tears or fraying along edges

  • Any noticeable defect affecting appearance or function

Not Covered:

  • Damage from improper washing or care

  • Wear and tear from regular use

  • Alterations after purchase

  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect

  • Fabric deterioration from chemicals or environment
