Please read them carefully before making any purchase. By using our Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Website.

1. USE OF OUR WEBSITE

When you use this Website and place orders through it, you agree to:

• Use this Website to make genuine enquiries or legally valid orders only.

• Not place any false or fraudulent orders. If we reasonably suspect an order is fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel it and inform the appropriate authorities.

• Provide accurate and truthful contact details, including your email address, postal address, and phone number.

• Agree that we may use this information to contact you regarding your order if necessary.

• Understand that incomplete or inaccurate information may prevent order processing.

2. CONTRACT

After you place an order, you will receive:

• An Order Confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

• A Shipping Confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

These communications confirm your order and shipping details.

3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to product availability.
If a product is unavailable or out of stock, we may:

• Offer similar substitute products of equal devotional or aesthetic value, or

• Refund any amount you have paid if you choose not to accept substitutes.

4. REFUSAL TO PROCESS AN ORDER

While we strive to process every order promptly, Bhaktivan reserves the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, errors, or suspected misuse.

• Modify, update, or discontinue any product or content at any time without prior notice.

We shall not be liable to you or any third party for such modifications, discontinuations, or cancellations.

5. DELIVERY

We will make every effort to deliver your products within the estimated time frame mentioned in your order confirmation.
Normally, deliveries occur within 3–10 business days of order confirmation, depending on your location.

However, delays may occur due to unforeseen events, logistics issues, or during festive seasons.

Delivery is considered complete once you or an authorized person receives the parcel and signs the delivery receipt.

6. PRICE AND PAYMENT

• All prices displayed on our Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude delivery charges unless stated otherwise.

• Despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error:

  • We will inform you and allow you to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

  • We are not obligated to sell at an incorrect lower price if the error was obvious or recognizable.

• Prices may change without prior notice.

Payments can be made using available online methods such as UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, or bank transfers and cash on delivery.

7. RETURN – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Customers can initiate a return within 4 days of delivery (for non-sale items only).

Due to the devotional and handmade nature of Bhaktivan products, certain categories are non-returnable, including:

• Ladoo Gopal Ji shringar sets

• Pagdis, tulsi products, or temple accessories

• Personalized or customized orders

• Fragile or perishable items (e.g., diyas, pooja samagri)

Eligible returns must meet the following:

• The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging.

• Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be accepted.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us at

Once approved by our customer care team, we will arrange a reverse pickup within 48–72 hours.

Please note:

• A small reverse pickup fee of ₹100 may be charged depending on your location and courier partner policies.

• Products purchased during special festive sales or clearance events are non-returnable and non-refundable.

8. RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Upon receiving and verifying your returned product:

• The eligible refund will be credited to your Bhaktivan Wallet within 7 working days.

• Delivery charges will not be refunded.

• Wallet balance can be used for future purchases on bhaktivan.com but is non-transferable and non-refundable to bank accounts.

• A product can be returned only once per order.

9. WALLET – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The Bhaktivan Wallet balance can be used exclusively on www.bhaktivan.com.

• It cannot be withdrawn to your bank account or transferred to another user.

10. FRAUD PREVENTION & ORDER VERIFICATION

Bhaktivan reserves the right to verify orders or request identification proof in cases of:

• Suspected fraudulent activity

• Multiple returns or cancellations

• Bulk or resale orders

Any fraudulent attempt to misuse return/refund policies will be reported to relevant authorities.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mathura, Uttar Pradesh courts only.

12. INVOICE

A digital or printed invoice will be provided with each order upon delivery or via email.

13. TAXES

All applicable taxes are included in the final price displayed during checkout, as per current Indian tax laws.

14. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

Bhaktivan reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Changes will always be made in good faith and for the betterment of our customer experience.
